Air source failure
(1) Air compressor faults are: check valve damage, piston ring wear serious, intake valve plate damage and air filter blockage。
To determine whether the check valve is damaged,Just ten seconds after the air compressor automatically shuts down,Turn off the power,Move the big tape wheel by hand,If you can turn it around a little bit more easily,It indicates that the check valve is not damaged;conversely,Check valve is damaged;In addition,It can also be judged from the exhaust of the exhaust port under the automatic pressure switch,Generally, after the automatic shutdown of the air compressor, the exhaust should be stopped after about ten seconds,If it has been exhausting until the air compressor starts again, it will stop,It indicates that the check valve is damaged,Must be replaced。
When the pressure of the air compressor rises slowly and is accompanied by the oil string phenomenon, it indicates that the piston ring of the air compressor has been seriously worn and should be replaced in time。
When the intake valve plate is damaged or the air filter is blocked, the pressure of the air compressor will also rise slowly (but there is no string oil phenomenon).。During the inspection, the palm can be placed on the air inlet of the air filter, if there is hot air to the top, it indicates that the intake valve has been damaged and must be replaced;If the suction is small, it is generally caused by the air filter is dirty, and the filter should be cleaned or replaced。
(2) The failure of the pressure reducing valve is: the pressure is not adjusted high, or the pressure rises slowly。
The pressure adjustment is not high, which is often caused by the rupture of the pressure regulating spring or the rupture of the diaphragm, and must be replaced.The pressure rises slowly, which is generally caused by the filter being blocked, and should be removed for cleaning。
(3) Pipeline faults include: pipeline joint leakage, hose rupture, condensate accumulation, etc。
When the pipe joint leaks and the hose breaks, the leaky part can be judged from the sound, and should be repaired or replaced in time;If there is condensate accumulated in the pipeline, it should be discharged in time, which is characterized by the fact that the condensate is easy to freeze and block the gas path in the winter in the north。
(4) The faults of the compressed air handling component (triplet) are: the fault of the oil-water separator, the fault of the pressure regulator and the fault of the oil mist。
The fault of the oil-water separator is divided into, the filter element is blocked, damaged, and the moving parts of the blowdown valve are not flexible。In the work, the filter element should be cleaned frequently to remove the oil and impurities in the sewage device。
The failure of the pressure regulator is the same as that of "(2) the failure of the pressure reducing valve" above。
The fault phenomena of the oil mist are: no oil dripping, water deposited at the bottom of the oil cup, and the sealing ring of the oil cup mouth is damaged。When the oil mist does not drop oil, it should be checked whether the air flow rate of the air intake is lower than the fog flow rate, whether there is gas leakage, and whether the oil adjustment needle valve is blocked.If the bottom of the oil cup deposited water, should be removed in time;When the seal ring is damaged, it should be replaced in time。
